Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, same device, same IP address, or same payment method is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The activity level for the relevant tier must be maintained to receive VIP cashback. 365acm reserves the right to change VIP terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

The 365acm platform provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming services. The following policies apply to all gaming activities:

6.1 Betting Terms

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet remains unresolved due to a technical issue, 365acm will make a decision based on the circumstances.

8 Account Suspension and Cancellation

365acm may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to submit documents required for verification
• Use of the account by a minor
• At the direction of a legal authority

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may submit a request through live chat. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.
